ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC Experience!!!

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I enjoyed the location. The free parking at the back of the hotel offered LOTS of space. The tea and coffee tray with shortbread biscuits was SUCH a great touch.

mixed feelings about the stay.

noisy room overcooked sausages
the room i had was quite noisy. i could hear the tv and coughing from other rooms. the shower had problems with the water temperature, as it changed from hot to cold without warning. the sausages at breakfast were very overcooked.

The meals menu had a great choice for dining in. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were so amazing. They helped with luggage. I had a lovely room overlooking the road and city at night! The Scottish fish and chips was enormous.
There was a noisy extractor fan outside at the back all night, and I had to have the window open!

adequate stay.

supportive staff amazing staff bland pasta high cost
the staff was amazing and kind. fraser, he worked on reception, he was so supportive. nothing was to much bother for them. i appreciate their help.
i found the food to be a big disappointment. i got the special for my evening meal and it was prawn pasta. it was bland and tasteless. also the cost of drinks was high.

i found the location accessible by car. a large, free parking lot was available, which helped a lot. i also noticed the staff was personable. the room was clean, and the food tasted wonderful.
the tv in the room was quite outdated. the selection of stations were limited.
